Swiss Automation, inc., prides itself on being able to manufacture parts to its customer’s specifications.
In the unlikely event that a part leaving Swiss Automation does not meet the pre-agreed upon specifications of our customer, Swiss Automation will repair or replace the part at no additional charge to the customer, if the quality issue is due to any work done by Swiss Automation directly.
Swiss Automation uses material suppliers that sell steels and other metals and other materials including plastics which meet the specifications of the customers.
It is well known in the industry that when steel and other metals and other materials including plastics, are manufactured, impurities in the materials may result in the parts eventually failing.
Swiss Automation takes reasonable steps to identify the materials that may eventually fail, and reject them as material to be used in the customer’s manufacturing production run.
Parts that eventually fail, cannot always be identified before the parts leave the production facilities of Swiss Automation.
Swiss automation cannot be responsible for any damages resulting from a part failing once it has left the production facilities of Swiss Automation, except that our repair or replacement policy will still apply to the failed part.
Swiss automation shall not be responsible for any costs associated with or incurred by the purchaser of the parts, for the repair or replacement of the product that contained the Swiss Automation part or parts.
